1977 Pirates Yearbook

A friend of mine has a 1977 Pittsburgh Pirates yearbook signed by the following players and managers. He would like to either sell it or include it in the estate auction. He has asked me if I know anything about its worth. I am a card person and have absolutely no idea about the value of autographs. I told him I would ask the opinions of those much more knowledgeable than I. So here I am! Any help you can give me on the value would be much appreciated.
