Thoughts on Lou Jackson?

I feel good about the provenance of this one, but can't find any examples to compare to for verification or value. Any ideas?

It's on a sheet with 4 signatures of 1963 Toronto Maple Leafs players. Lou Jackson looks like the key on the page, but the George Anderson (pre-Sparky) above it seems pretty cool too. Other two are Carl Bouldin and Amado Samuel.
