1923-25 Rogers Hornsby GU BAT

I just received back a 1923-25 Rogers Hornsby Hillerich and Bradsby game used baseball bat. This is a "RARE" game model of his with the R.H. on the barrel end of the bat. (only seen 3) A previous one of these sold at Heritage Auction in February for $18,500.00 including the buyers premium. It was graded a 7. This one is graded a 6 and has had extensive restoration to make it right! Same length/same markings/minus 19 batboy nails made right by the best bat restorer in the country.

I am selling it for $12,500.00 and could deliver in person if necessary at the National in Chicago. The bat will also come with the PSA letter as well as a copy picture of Hornsby in the dugout with one of these type bats. Save the 20% BP. if you ever thought of owning one of these--here you go......money headed for more college for the kid! If not sold by fall--the bat will probably be headed to the October Heritage Auction.
