Looks more like Baker than Bender.

Being a pitching pose makes it more likely to be Barry than Baker.
IAE it doesn't look like Bender.

I also think it looks more like Barry...but he was a shortstop/infielder so I'm not certain that he should look like a pitcher more than Baker would.
Cool item nonetheless, I wish I had seen it earlier  Nice pickup for the buyer!
