PSA Strikes Again: 1968 Ryan
For the second time in six months PSA has confused an obvious cut line with a white Milton Bradley border.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/380641895625...84.m1423.l2649 That's a regular 1968 Topps card with a thin cut line. Still a very nice Ryan card, just not an MB. I will message Roger and let him know.
