Not sure if this counts, But its from a 1914 reach guide.

Its Babe ruth on his 1913 ML Baltimore team.




There is another photo like this from the 1914 Spalding guide with ruth on the Prov. Grays. (which I dont have)

Just a correction, the Ruth minor league photo is from the 1915 guide picturing him on the 1914 Baltimore team. Same with the Providence from that same season.
