i know this is not the right place, but this is where i get the best response for any questions i have.
figures the yankees fan is the one to point that out. anyway, sorry for the bother, just looking for a little advise tried holding under a light, and a card i thought to be a base has more shine than a graded psa common. very confusing |

In person, a refractor stands out in comparison to non-refractors, due to the rainbow-like, halo-like finish. You can often also see the refractor effect in scanned photos.
