T206 Owen Wilson unknown back on ebay

I was on ebay earlier and came accross ebay item # 200904013581. I'm kinda new when it comes to t206s, but it looked to me like the back had some sort of paper glued to it. I could be wrong, but that's why I'm in need of some help from you seasoned collectors. Thanks, Scott

Hey Scott,

Looks like Mr. Wilson was skinned at some point (back removed) for whatever reason. The paper on the back that you are seeing is probably some of the back that was removed in the first place. There are blank backs in the T206 set, but this card is clearly not one of them. You can see the red fibers, which looks like the "inner" fibers of the card versus the flat cardboard look of an untainted back. Thanks for the info on the card. I kinda thought it looked alittle funny. I've been on t206 resource for the past week downloading and printing what seems like everything on the sight. One of the best sites out there. Thanks again.
