Wow Brian I was just going to pm you to see if you saw this card or won it. It is a tad short top to bottom as far as specs go, but there is so much variance in these that you can't go just by that. Looked trimmed on the bottom to me so I passed. If someone here won it and submits it for grading, I'd love to hear their opinion.

The fraying you find along the top and less so along the side is not a giveaway or tell-tale sign, IMO. It is commonly found on m101-4 type cards, although usually along the side edges rather than the ends. Here are a few:
   I will back up and say that such fraying is not only less common on the top and bottom, it is not found on any of my GLobe-backed cards, so maybe you're on to something.
