I have mostly only used top loaders to protect my cards my entire life. I have kept a few higher end ones in screw downs and have had no issue so far (10 years or so now)
I have just started the T205 set. I have been buying graded cards mostly but the raw ones i have ben buying i have been putting in 4 screw, non resessed, screw down holders. Basicly to keep them all the same size in my box i keep them in. They also look real nice. Are the t205 too fragile Should i just be using top loaders, will the holders im using dammage my card? I have read some comments both ways and thought I could get some advice.

I have tobacco sized toploaders, 15ct binder pages, and screw downs available if you want to shoot me a pm.
As far as the methods used now they are all acceptable. It's up to you on what you store them in.

Another alternative is to place the card in a sleeve and then drop it in a top loader. This will allow for uniform storage of the cards. I'm pretty sure there are different size (thickness) top loaders that actually make it easy to drop the sleeved card into the holder.

Anything that puts direct pressure on a card can damage it. Nevermind the cards getting stuck to the plastic [rare but known to happen when there is moisture involved], if there is any dirt or dust particle on the holder the pressure will drive it right into the card. I had a piece of grit embed in the white border of an otherwise near mint card in one of those holders.
