Wow, Paul Ratliff is right, but he is not the one I'm thinking of. There is another player....same years too, oddly enough, 1963 and 1970.

OK, I will break out my tired old baseball card quiz question.... For those who have heard it before..wait a few days to give others time to "struggle"
I know of three players who appeared on Topps baseball cards and their last name was the name of the team they were playing for at the time. For ex - 1964 Topps Fred Pirate....shown on the card playing for the Pitt Pirates Ral G |

Jose Cardenal - 70/71 Topps St Louis Cardinals
Johnny Podres - 69 Topps San Diego Padres Is that what you are looking for? I couldn't figure out a 3rd |

I love questions like this. Looking through my 70T rookie stars cards I found the answer... Not only did Wally Wolf appear on Rookie Stars cards 7 years apart but they used the same picture of him on both. Cool.

What Hall of Famer has "true" rookie cards in both the 1963 and 1969 Topps sets? Obviously, there's a significant twist to this question..

Dave Debuschere. I always thought his Baseball rookie was seriously undervalued.

Shouldn't be too hard... As far as I know this is the only guy to appear on an All Star card and a League Leader card in the same set as his rookie card.

Correct. Same here. It's way undervalued. for yours I would say Mccovey, but I don't think he was on a LL card..

The Bird is correct. The guy that said McCovey... I think he's the only other guy to be on an All-Star card in the same set as his rookie card. I can't think of any others.
