Rube Waddell/W555 question

I noticed Waddell's W555 card that pictures him on the St. Louis Browns is dated 1907 by SGC. Meanwhile his E91A card shows him on the A's and is dated 1908. Waddell's first season with the Browns was 1908.

Is the W555 series a range of years, or a specific year?
