Slabbed Photos - Market Research

When it comes to PSA/DNA, does it matter to you if a signed photograph is slabbed, or are you comfortable with just a full cert that pictures the piece?

Are you more comfortable buying a high end photo if it is slabbed (Ruth, Clemente, Ronald Reagan, etc) or does it not matter?
