Default T205 set for sale at National

I have a T205 set for sale that I was asking $28,000 for, but I just had to come up with a huge 20% deposit for my son's first home (ouch!!) so I need to move some items for CASH.

I will be at Booth 508P at this years' National Sports Collectors Convention in Baltimore from August 1-5.

I would take the first $21,000 in CASH for this set. The stars alone are well worth that price. There is one card alone that exceeds $5,000 in the condition it is in.

Come look at the set and the over 500 other T205, T206 and T207 cards that I have for sale.

I am looking for CASH so let's strike a deal.

I will be settin up on Tuesday, so dealers stop by.

Steve

Default Steve,

How about posting scans with your posts? Prices would help to. I bought some new track shoes and will be sprinting to your table. See you in a week!

I've seen Fish run. He's slow so he's no threat.

Look forward to seeing you there, Toby.

Thanks for all of the comments -- ungraded -- I'll also post the name of the terrific looking $5,000+ card.

But won't have time until Thursday.

Also, I do not have time before the show to post any pix. I prefer to deal face to face on this one. But I will describe it better on Thursday.

It's a good deal at $21,000 -- I was originally looking for $28,000 and I have only done 3-5 shows since I purchased this set which I had lowered to $25,000. I have only done 1 show so far this year.

I will be at the East Coast National too.

As promised, I am setting up now for the National and have pulled out the set and all of my other T cards -- a full box of them. Over 300 T 206's, 150 T 205's, 70 T 207's, many E cards such as 15 E98's, many E 101' and 102's etc.

Come see them there Booth 508 P at the Baltimore National or at the East Coast National later this month -- and the set.

The set includes a stunning ***Broad leaf -- Payne***

Many other surprises including one variation extra.

Backs range from Hassan to Piedmont to Honest Long Cut to Sweet Caporal to Sovereign.

2 or 3 Cycles.

3 American Beauty including COBB.

I have not touched the set. It was bought from an 87 year old who also has several T 206 sets -- which I have been trying to get him to sell to me - at least one. But he doesn't need the money right now. Some day!!

Questions? you can call me anytime between 10 am - 10 PM; e-mail me for that number.

Best,

Steve

Also have a nice looking T205 Hoblitzell No Cin for sale. Also, about 150 others in the VG - Ex condition ungraded.

I am not a big trader but I am looking for rare non sports and bread labels -- nothing common. I would love James Bond bread labels -- I only own 5 of them now. (not for sale).

Best,

Steve

Same set as before. Looked through it and don't remember seeing any AB's or cycles in there. I do remember making a good offer on the BL with a replacement trade though. I think 17500-18000 is a good value for the set though. Best of luck on the sale this yr.
