Is it real?
I know it's still a live auction, but I feel that most of us here have probably sent he item already. So do you guys think this is real or fake? There's really no history behind it. Also I normally don't like when people out auctions, so if someone gets upset for me outing it then I'm sorry. Just wanted to see if people thought it was even real or not.

Has the standard "handed down by a family member, etc". Id stay away w/out further documentation. Obviously, if real, its worth a fortune.
Engraving can be done anywhere. Is there a way to tell if the engraving is "old"?
