Default '52 Pafko #1 black back FT

At $5,000 BV here's your chance to own the most overvalued card in the hobby.

Looking for hits to my vintage set want lists or anything else that catches my eye.

I'd much prefer to swap it but if I do break down and decide to sell, I'll let you know. Thanks for your interest.

There is no such thing as "book value." Such a concept suggests that conditon is never influential in detrmining a grade. Obvoiusly that's false. For the Pafko, SMR listings suggest that a $5,000 Pafko would be at least PSA 6 and probbly more like 6.5.

Your card will never be a 6 or a 6.5. It's messed up beyond redemption. And it will not, in today's market, bring anything like $5k.

A card is worth what you can get for it.

A '6' is actually around $2,000. That card is a '1'. I am thinking around $100.

Agreed completely. As I said, it's the most overvalued card in the hobby. I'm not at all expecting anywhere near $5,000 in trade for it. I'd be happy with 2% of that.

I would be more than happy to get $100 out of it.
