Default Updated!!!!!!!Sharing the cost at nationals on a room

I got a room with a double queen at the sheraton just up from the convention center at a major discount compared to daily rates. I would like to know if any members here might be interested in sharing the cost. Room cost is $80 a night from wed-sat morning. If there is anyone still looking for a room I am willing to share and split the cost. The total for 3 nights is $120 for you. Please pm or email me asap at pup6913@hotmail.com

Wait -- great hygiene? Dude, this is the National. You'll be lucky to find a roommate who wears a clean shirt.

Not only that, but you are looking for someone who doesn't mind you stumbling in drunk and kicking their bed at 4 a.m. Beggars can't be choosers. Most people will brush their teeth if that is what you are worried about.

Well, the shirt might start off clean.... but after three or four days....

Not begging at all. Just extending the offer to save money for both sides. I would hope the rooms are the same size as last time. Leaves plenty of room between them beds so as not to kick them so to speak. Stumbling drunk is excessive. I like to get my drink on but you have to know when to stop. Maybe a little to excited about nationals

Whenn to stop drinking?Easy.
When you can't reliably pick the actual glass of beer from among the two or more you're seeing- Then it's time to stop before you spill the right one.

My mom likes to take family vacations once a year and we've ended up in Pittsburgh watching the Pirates play four games a few years ago and then we went to Cooperstown last year. This year I've convinced her to go the Baltimore, and it just happens to be the same time as the National, what a coincidence.

So while that means I will be there for the show, it also means that I'll be forced to wear a clean shirt while I'm there...and no I can't forget to pack clothes, doesn't work, I've tried it. I just end up wearing shirts that she picks out and no one can look cool in a "mommy's little slugger" shirt

Jeff,
I'm deeply offended. I change clothes every day and I have it on good information that at least half a dozen others do as well. Let me know what day you're coming and I'll wear my newly pressed tux.

Yes, I am bringing CLEAN Net54baseball T shirts to sell at our table. As a special incentive and gift, they will be $15 each.....which is actually under their cost. If anyone wants one specifically, and reserved for them when they get there, just let me know. I am sure my table partners will help out . They just love helping me sell stuff. I have all sizes available still.

Leon, Please hold a 2x for me....not because I want to wear it again Saturday, but because mine has developed a small hole.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff

By "clean" Leon means they have only been once twice tops to do yard work in the TX heat.
