	Has anyone else encountered PayPal's demand that long time customers supply more information so that they might become, what should we call it, sponge-worthy? I've supplied everything but my mother's wedding ring, and they still don't seem to be satisfied. Since they're in thrall to eBay, I'm stuck. I can pay, through my bank account, but i can't add funds. What's up here? (As though it would make sense to a ratiional person.)  |
