Souvenir Ball
Is this one of those souvenir team balls they sold back in the 1940's up. This is the only panel that has the autos going side ways, and it looks like some are different ink. Plus it's on an official american league ball.

Souvenir balls were not made on official balls as far as I know.
It appears you have an authentically signed ball.
