Looks like a T206 front with a T210 back. Probably just a mix-up in the scans. Hope nobody paid $300 for it thinking they were getting something super rare.

Ok. The corner wear doesn't match so it's a scan switch. That card was still for sale when I posted the first question. You guys are fast. Maybe a little to fast.
