| Was this sign real?

Ok, I didn't bite because, from what I remember, this seller sells a lot of reprinted stuff. That being said was this one real, and if not, how does this guy keep his 100% rating? Does he just sell to folks and hope they think it's real...and if they want a return he makes it easy so gets off scott-free? Just curious as it's a neat sign...,. . . http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=nc&si=diSWfqk . .
