Prices Dropped : 1937 OPC #121 Kelley and #130 Chapman

$60 each (includes shipping).

Chapman has just a tiny wrinkle from the hat die-cut to the top edge that shows only on the back (very typical on these).

Kelley has some very light inoffensive spot of some substance.
