Maybe I am behind the times here but I just bought a card on e-bay and while making payment, I was directed to a Propay website instead of the usual Paypal website that I always use. Does anyone know if this is a recent change? Do e-bay sellers have the option of which type of payment to accept now?

Phil - To my knowledge sellers always had the choice of payment methods they accepted...but I thought paypal HAD to be one. ProPay with paypal are 2 of six or so methods approved per ebay for "most items". I would think this would have to listed on the ad for the card though. I guess you dont have to register to pay viapropay though.
