SOLD: April 22, 1914 (Opening Day) Baltimore American News- Orioles w/Babe Ruth BGS

Up for sale today is a very rare 1914 Baltimore American News front Sports page from Opening Day (April 22) of the 1914 International League Baseball season. This rarity is so significant because it pictures Babe Ruth as a member of the Baltimore Orioles team just one day before he would be making his Professional Baseball debut as a Pitcher. Ruth is easy to spot, pictured in the front row, center. This beauty has been authenticated and encapsulated by Beckett Grading Services, the industry leader in third-party grading. Please review the scan provided for condition details as this piece is in pristine shape and measures 8 3/4" X 11" after being meticulously reduced from its original full-page size.
