Cubs Pinball Game
Owned by a friend, he says that it works. I haven't played it, yet.

I cannot tell you how many hours I wasted playing this game back in the
80's. When I worked for the Cubs they had one in the player's family lounge and since I had many hours on my own in the ball park during the off season, I wracked up many free games on this machine. It was a fun game but not very challenging. I will look when I get home but I believe the Cubs sold these through the team gift catalog. If I can find it, I will post a scan of the catalog listing. I am afraid to find out what your friend is asking for this. It would be fun to have this in my basement.
