Default 1950 Redsox Season Pass Value Help

I was hoping to get some ideas as to what you guys think this one is worth...

I have owned it for many years and used it as a book mark (in a lucite of course!). In any case, I just came across it while rearranging some stuff in my Library and was hoping to get some opinions on its value...

The neat part about it is that it was once owned by John Stephen Dooley who was partly responsible for the Redsox moving to the Huntington ave fairgrounds in 1901... He also helped to get the ordinance passed to allow baseball in Boston on Sundays... His daughter attended nearly every and was an alltime player favorite (Elizabeth "Lib" Dooley).

Enough ranting... I appreciate and look forward to your feedback!

Thanks,
David
