Assortments of Wants: Baseball Books, Vancouver, Saskatoon
As always, I am looking for early and unusual baseball books, including the following:
With or without dust jacket Tuohey, Boston Base Ball Club Ward, Baseball Ward, How to Become a Ball Player Pfeiffer, Scientific Baseball Flood, Splendid Splinter Need a copy with dust jacket Asenback, Humor Among the Minors Chance, Bride and the Pennant Cobb, Busting Em Barbour, several titles Heyliger/Hawley Williams several titles Beaumont Hearts and the Diamond Mathewson Won in the Ninth, any of the Matty Dodd Mead books Scott, Third Base Thatcher Dodd Mead in dj other early fiction in dust jacket Let me know what you have, as there are many other titles I need. As well as cash, I have a number of interesting cards and books available for trade, including an N175 Gypsy Queen of Dailey, T204 Sallee, E92 O'Hara 50. Doc White W600 (very nice) and some others. There must be some closet book collectors who are looking to sell, or persons tired of Bing Crosby's incantation of "Walla Walla Washington; Saskatoon Saskatchewan" who are thus looking to rid themselves of all things Saskatoon baseball.....
