Default 1912 Red Sox PC Ends tonight 4/26

Beautiful PC from Hot Springs, Ark. Sent by Bill Carrigan to his father-in-law, John Callahan. Dated Mar 21 1912. Some stamp collecter damaged it, but it's a one of a kind piece.

Auction starts at $200 and $10 increments min. This will end on Tues. April, 26 at 10 pm EDT.

Thanks and good luck. Shipping is on me.

Rawn

Default What a Shame!

The stamp collector damaged a $xxx dollar item to retrieve a canceled stamp worth less than a dollar...go figure!

Hold on, now... it could have been a 9 year old stamp collector that tore that. Or it could have been a well-meaning aunt that collected nothing, but tore the stamp away for some nephew. Philatelists of years ago saved many a ballcard; today we collect the ones that weren't thrown away, some of which were saved by philatelists. Not bidding, just bumping and defending the stamp dudes.
