Up for sale tonight is a very nice 1948 Type I Press Photo originating from "The Sporting News" archives and picturing HOF'er, Walter Alston during his days with the Minor League, St. Paul Saints prior to ascent to the Major Leagues with the Brooklyn Dodgers. This beauty has been graded a BGS 5 by the strict graders at Beckett Grading Services, the industry leader in third-party grading.
