Default M101-4 vs M101-5

I am fairly new to the M101 cards just wanted to know the difference between the M101-4 vs M101-5? Is there a way to tell them apart from each other!!

The old thread referred to above from 2003 is when Todd, Tim, Andy, et al were still sifting through all the craziness of these wonderful -4s and -5s. It's fun to read for the history of research but will drive you into crazier confusion if you're a newbie or even if you're not!!
I'd suggest Todd and Tim OC article as the best thing ever written on the subject: issue 16, summer 2008. Scholarly and top drawer. I keep it on my desk as much as Lipset's volumes for T and E reference.
