Question about a past eBay item...

I saw this item on item and almost bid on it, but I know nothing about baseball in this area or of that team...

What are your opinions of this broadside? Authentic? Reproduction? Fake altogether (fantasy piece)?

If it is real I feel like I missed out on a pretty good deal...
