I think this is the premium that the Diamond Stars wrappers used to advertise...

It is listed in the SCD BigBook under "Anonymous" ..... 1940s-50s Anonymous Premium Photos.
I was also thinking R311 at first, but knew they were a bit smaller and Hornsby is only found in the "Leather" kind.
