| To bid or not to bid, that is the question.

I personally have never seen this card offered ever until I found it on the bay. It is a 1916 Zeenut Jimmy Claxton. Its one tough card but it is offered by someone with a low feedback score and someone who has odd offerings that don't match up to this card. Tell me what you think. Thanks http://cgi.ebay.com/1916-ZEENUT-JIMM...item4aa59fca68 |

I looked for one for a while but kind of gave up once the price reached crazy. It is interesting...but I would have to reconcile the price with the card before I even started worrying about the seller, and I wouldn't see that happening.

That's quite an eclectic group of items the seller has. He/she is selling a bunch of $5-10 books, some 1985 Topps commons, some Drew Brees cards and a $5000 Zeenut card. I would recommend asking the seller some questions first. Starting with "Do you offer a money back guarantee if the card is deemed unauthentic by a tpg?" Also, the $5000 or best offer makes me think he/she has no idea what a card like that should sell for. So if you do decide to buy it, I would offer significantly less than $5000, like $600-1000 for starters. Good luck! Let us know how it turns out. |

Very tough card, historically significant, seller guarantes authenticity... pay for it through Paypal, send it for TPG ASAP.... my 2 cents...
