1915 Negro League Boxscores - Oscar Charleston, Cristobal Torrienti & Ben Taylor

Good Afternoon, Collectors:

Up for auction today is a group of 4 Negro League Boxscores/Linescores (please see below scans) from consecutive baseball games played between the Indianapolis ABC's & New York Cubans during the week of June 19, 1915 and originating from the Indianapolis Freeman Newspaper. Among the highlights are Oscar Charleston being mentioned several times (including a home run) as well as rarely seen HOF'er Ben Taylor and Cuban Great, Cristobal Torrienti. Also included in this lot is an extensive article about Jose Mendez & John Donaldson.

This auction will conclude at 10:00pm EST tomorrow night, Thursday, 9/2. Any bids posted at 10:01pm EST or later will not be valid.
