the new count is 170 with and 29 without
out of 1544 graded
thats 12.9% have been relabeled correctley and 85% of them are with instructions
consistantley running at that rate

Probably from the end of a run when the ink ran out. I wonder why they even bothered with instructions; they seem pretty self explanatory!
