Default T201's and t202's consistantly below smr

Can anybody explain to me the growing trend with these cards dropping in value? In the last month or so, i have actually purchased these cards in some cases 3 to 4 grades lower than smr price. Also, if this has been a consistant issue, why have'nt prices dropped in smr? Thanks-kevin

T202 prices and SMR prices have never been any where close. The T202 market is one of the most unstable you will find, with patience you can find almost all the cards at reasonable prices.

Edited out so that my attempt at humor would not offend a board member with an ongoing auction.
