Considering the circumstances, I was 50/50 on this bat. I figured the bat was period and that the bat of a pitcher wouldn't be one that was on store shelves regularly. Still, I was scared by a lack of provenance and set of limit of $300. Considering that $300 is my monthly budget and I had already pressed that limit in May, I couldn't go any higher. (Had the circimstances dictated I would have spent much more.) So.......
1. As a Bridges collector, did I miss an opportunity to add a once in a lifetime piece. 2. Was I wrong to assume it GU's authenticity at 50/50? 3. Did anyone on Net54 purchase this or know who did, because if 1, 2, 5, or 10 years from now you decided to sell it, I really want it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT |
