Which of these 2 E94 Close Candy cards would you pick for your collection? I have always wanted a Doolan E94 as I like "sweater/jacket" poses. The only thing that is a drawback on this Doolan are the print marks, which look to maybe be roller marks from the press, but I am not sure. If the values are equal, and the backs are the same, which card would you pick for your collection?

I would take the Byrne, I opt for better centering when I can.

Leon, the jacket on Mr. Doolan makes it my choice as well. Love it!!
Much better loo'kin pose. Those print marks don't bother me one bit.

It is almost a draw, but I would give the nod to the Byrne due to centering.

Byrne is a better card technically but the pose is boring. I'm voting for the charismatic Mr. Doolan.

i love them both but would pick the Byrne simply because i would frame him along with my byrne silk and byrne P2.

no contest...gotta be the byrne for me. better centering, no print marks, nice color/saturation background. i never liked that pose of Doolan...the uniform is interesting, though.

I'd take the Doolan.... better pose, more interesting card, full face, can live with the slight off-centeredness. Byrne is a common pose and less interesting. Nice to see a ball player enjoying what he is doing!

vg-ex example and the back is strong.

Both backs are very strong. Really clean with dark blue overprints. I didn't want to focus on the backs because they are the same in that respect. So far it's almost 50/50 so I guess I will have to make my own mind up.

...because I think it will be easier to flip it based on the condition. I think both poses are ugly and the background is gross. Sorry -- some caramels are so beautiful they make me want to stop collecting T206 cards, but these ain't two of them.

I'm with Jeff - I'm partial to pictures in which you can see the player's whole face. Plus the jacket rather than the standard uniform shirt makes for a more interesting pose overall IMHO.

I'm not a fan of "over-prints". Byrne is centered well, also.

The jacket and the grin make it a tough call, but I'll pick Byrne to win, by a pose.

I voted for Doolan, not only because it would be the one I would choose, but also because it once again ties up the vote at 36 each card.
