Need help with a Negro League Item
I came across a duplicate tax receipt from the taxation department of Columbus, Ohio, that is says Cleveland baseball, Negro League. The receipt is signed by Frank Huhlnuck(s).... Not sure that is the name but its as close as I can make out. It's dated May 1941. Condition is ok, it shows its age, but overall its in decent shape.
An individual wants to sell it to me but I have no idea what it could be worth and would like to give him a reasonable offer. Could it be related to the Cleveland Buckeyes? Any help would be appreciated. Sorry no scans yet.

Yeah the dates don't seem to work for the Cleveland Buckeyes and also the only Columbus teams I could find (Elite Giants and Blue Birds) the dates don't seem to match up either.
He did tell me he wants to get $150 for the item.
