Reach Burley Decal Bat - Nice Example!
Up for sale is this early Reach Burley Decal Bat. This one is a long and heavy beauty with high quality and very tight wood grain. The wood is so fine that when gripped, it almost feels more like polished marble rather than wood.
There are no chips, cracks or deadwood of any kind on this bat, and the centerbrand is deeply burnt into the barrel. The Bat itself is in remarkable condition, especially given its age. The Decal portion is roughly 75% in tact with less than typical wear for a bat of this vintage.
