Graded color Fro-Joy

So does anyone know how to tell if this holder is legit? Can the number be looked up on some site (I think it can but don't know how to)? If it is, I might shoot Joe O a quick message so he can handle a slight error and try to get this fake off the market. This is NOT meant at PSA bashing, please. If it were in a Beckett BVG or SGC holder I would know who to call.... For those that might not know, ALL color Fro-Joy cards are reprints/fakes.

PSA graded a couple of blue ones a few years ago, and perhaps this is from that bunch. And if so, they were already called out for the error.

I don't know if the holder has been tampered or faked. There are many others who can better detect that that than I. The top label looks wrinkly, but I don't know if that proves anything.

If I'm reading that cert correctly (#11261157), it does NOT come back as a correct PSA cert.

I suppose that means they slabbed them years ago, had their mistake pointed out to them and then, de-listed the bad certs.
