With our September 2025 Auction closing shortly, we wanted to make sure to clarify our position regarding the tariffs on collectibles and sports memorabilia we export to our US based customers.

Following careful consultation with our legal advisors and customs brokers, and after a thorough review of the documents published by the US Customs and Border Patrol and the Canada Border Service Agency, we have determined that as of today, almost all the items we offer at auction are USMCA agreement – compliant and are exempt from tariffs when exported into the United States of America. We would highly encourage our US based bidders to contact us directly at info@classicauctions.net with any questions regarding tariffs on specific items.

Our daily business operations, including the import and export of goods, are continuing as usual, and we remain committed to serving your needs. Furthermore, if you are considering consigning items to one of our auctions and have any questions, please note that, there are presently no tariffs when sending the items on consignment to us in Canada.
