The Wagner in this lot is fake

Check this guys other auctions and his ended auctions...he sells lots of reprints, but he also sells lots of graded prewar cards...is anyone supposed to believe that he doesn't know that cabinet is Wagner...it says "J Honus Wagner" right at the bottom of the card. He's also claiming to have never seen cabinet photos before so he can't judge if they are all original or not...and no returns. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the same guy that tried ripping off Dave F a few years back on some fake cards (Gypsy Queens?)

He bought the bulk of them a month ago for $12 - sold to him as reprints.

I believe that Wagner was brought up here in the past. I know someone was trying to sell it saying it was signed. I am pretty sure it's the same type...
