In no specific order - Here's my list

1. 1894 Mayo - because of the Anonymous
2. 1949 Silber's Bakery Colts - Probably only two "E" cards exists
3. 1926 Shotwell with the Bio Backs (12) - They crumble in your hands
4. 1928 Star Player Candy aka Anonymous Candy - I know of no sets
5 1937 Mayfair Candies - don't be fooled by the few sets that have surfaced
6. 1959 Bazooka - Tracy and Groza
7. 1960 Kahns - Larry Fritsch told me 4 cards are impossible
8 1960 Bell Brand - I have only seen 1 Selawski
9 1963 Jones-Rich Dairy Bills - Know one knows how many were made
10 1967 Royal Castle Dolphins - Where are the short prints?

Honorable Mention - 1977 Topps Mexican - but no one cares

Hard to classify the 1960's era Fairmont Dairy Kansas City Chiefs cards as an individual set as they came out over several years, but as Carl knows they are nearly impossible to find. There are still cards being added to the checklists and even years of issue being added.
