Cabinet has in text on the bottom border "Jack McCelland Champion 126 LB. Fighter of the World" then in bottom corner text Phila, PA 1904

but still not a champ. Lots of boxers put wishful thinking on their promo photos. I had one that touted the fighter as the future lightweight champ; he retired with a record of 6 and 8.
