Up for sale today is a very scarce, uncatalogued 1949 Bill McGowan (HOF) Postcard issued by Grogan Photo Studio of Danville, IL and produced in conjunction with Bill McGowan's Umpire School. McGowan appears seated in the front row directly in the center. This beauty has been graded an SGC 60 by the strict graders at Sportscard Guaranty Company, the industry leader in third-party grading. Please review scans of the front and back of the postcard for condition details.
