Default Hypothetical: T204 Honus Wagner

Posted By: Darren J. Duet

Ramly issued Team composite premiums back in their day. The Standard Catalog lists a Pittsburgh premium, and on it is a portrait of Honus. Does anyone on this board own that premium? May I see a scan? Any speculation on a T204 square framed Honus Wagner? Where would a T204 Honus Wagner fit into our hobby?

Could one of you photoshop experts create an image of a T204 Ramly Wagner for me to drool over?

I'm thinking Scott Brockelman has this premium and would be able to tell you more about it if he comes across this thread.

Darren -

Scott has a picture of the premium on his website: http://sb1.50megs.com/about.html. All of the player photos in it are from Carl Horner... you'll have to imagine the gold filigree around Honus' picture. Also, the 1910 Tip Top set had the same pictures that would've been used for t204, most likely.

Thanks Zach! and WOW!

I do agree it should be a square frame; it's hypothetical anyway.
