Anyone remember what this old toy was called?
I was watching some old family movies and one of them there was a toy that I remember from the late 60s or early 70s. It was flat rectangular item that was filled with some sort of gel or liquid. When you pushed on it with you hands, it would show different colors. It was like finger painting but without the mess.
The photo isn't the greatest but this was the actual toy. Anybody remember and know what it was called?

I don't remember. I had a little one that was round in an octagonal frame. It mostly did greens and blues.

Ahhh mood rings. Those were the days.
I'm trying to find an image of one on the internet but I haven't found the right search terms yet. Thanks.

I still have my mood ring. It was a prize from when I delivered the Philadelphia Bulletin newspaper as a kid.
Sorry but I had no luck trying to figure out the one you are looking for. Bu I do remember it. Bob |

I don't even remember how I got to it. A few words plugged into Google and got lucky. I'm pretty excited to find the site I linked to though, seems like a fun one to browse through later.

Hope you can find it. I love the challenge of trying to find things that I know nothing about but, after going down about 10 different rabbit holes, didn’t succeed in helping you out ultimately. Please update this post if you do find it!

They might still be around as a Dice and other game parts supplier.
Could be worth a try as see if they have any info. https://www.gameparts.net/ |

Thanks for the help. I will. I'm sure it's one of those things that I'll see one day out of nowhere.
