Foxing / Dirt Stains on card Fronts

I just got in a card that has either foxin or dirt stains on teh glossy front. It is a caramel card. Any thoguhts on what I can do about this. I have used Lysol with some good results on heavier card stock but I would be afraid it might stain the card.
