1928 R315 Baseball Set?

Greetings fellow collectors. I am wondering if anyone knows when the r315 set was produced? The cards that have been graded are slabbed 1928. However, I see in the Standard Catalogue that it was issued 1929-1930. Does anyone know what the correct information is? I look forward to some replies. Thanks in advance and have a great evening everyone.
